About us.

The IABTI is the oldest organization serving the explosives and bomb disposal community, starting in 1972. It is a non-profit that has an elected, volunteer executive board that rotates annually. As an International organization, there are members world-wide and seven regions.  Region IV covers the Southeast United States.  Chapters are designated as follows: National Capitol, Delaware, Chesapeake, Delaware, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia.
